Orders may be placed by the following methods:
1. Online:
When placing orders directly on the website, simply add the desired items to your cart and follow the check-out procedure when you are ready. Once you are on the payment page, you will have the option of paying by any major Credit Card, Debit/Interac, E-Check or Paypal account.
(**Note: It is not necessary to open a Paypal account if you wish to pay by major credit card or debit/interac).
You will be directed to a secure Paypal server where you will enter your payment information. You will then complete your order by clicking the "Return to Merchant" button in the last window of the Paypal cycle.
Note: A word about Paypal: Paypal is a widely used third party payment provider accepting payments from your credit card, debit card or bank account. It is secure, free, easy, and safe method for both buyer and seller and is used by major e-commerce retailers in over 50 countries worldwide. 2. By Fax:
You may fax your order to us at 416-506-0616 any time by downloading the online fax order form and filling in the required information. If you prefer to write your own order without using our form, please include the required items with sizes, along with your credit card information including expiry date (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), and shipping address plus phone number and email address.
Your order will then be processed manually and we will include an authorization number with your shipping confirmation.
3. By Email:
You may email your order to us any time at info@lolaluna.ca. Please include the required items with sizes, along with your credit card information including expiry date (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), and shipping address plus phone number and email address.

4. By Telephone:
You may phone in your order to us at 416-506-1011 (Toronto and GTA) or toll free at 1-877-565-2586 (1-877-LOLA LUNA). Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Outside of business hours, you may leave a message and we will return your call within a 24-48 hour period to take your order details directly over the phone.
